Cloud Desktops for Business: Boosting Efficiency
Cloud desktops for business enable secure, high-performance workflows for animation and AI teams. Learn about types, features, costs, and risks.
Use the same configured Windows or Linux workstation every day without buying or maintaining a powerful local computer.
Choose CPU or NVIDIA GPU resources, install your own professional software, and keep your applications, files, settings and working environment available throughout your rental period.

A MaxCloudON Cloud Workstation is a high-performance virtual workstation with a full Windows or Linux desktop environment running on reserved compute resources.
Instead of depending on a powerful local computer, you can use your Cloud PC as a persistent remote workstation, reconnect to the same configured environment each day and continue working with your applications, files and settings already in place.

This setup can be particularly useful when purchasing another high-performance computer is unnecessary, too slow or difficult to justify for the duration of a project.

Run Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, BIM tools and visualization software from a persistent remote workstation.

Work with engineering, design and technical applications on a remotely accessible high-performance computer.

Use your preferred 3D, rendering and creative applications with available NVIDIA GPU configurations.

Maintain a persistent development environment for compilation, testing, GPU development and demanding software projects.
A MaxCloudON Desktop PC is designed to remain available as your working computer throughout the active rental period.
Install your applications, configure your plugins and development tools, store your working files and return to the same environment each day.
Unlike temporary compute instances created for individual jobs, your workstation is intended for ongoing professional use.

Install the professional applications and tools required for your work.

Keep your operating system, applications and settings configured between working sessions.

Continue working with the same project environment without rebuilding it every time.

Connect remotely whenever you need access during the active rental period.
A Cloud PC can be particularly useful when purchasing another high-performance computer is unnecessary, too slow or difficult to justify for the duration of a project.

Provide a powerful remote workstation without waiting for hardware procurement, delivery and setup.

Get the performance you need for a project lasting weeks or months without buying additional hardware.

Quickly add one or more workstations for your team when your team temporarily needs additional computing resources.

Keep your professional working environment in one place and access the same Cloud PC remotely from the office, home or another location.
Choose a virtual workstation based on the CPU, system memory, GPU and storage required by your professional applications.
Daily, weekly and monthly rental periods are available. Monthly rental is particularly suitable when the Cloud PC is used regularly or when you need to keep the same configured software environment available every day.

● No setup fee
● Fixed rental price for the selected period

A Cloud Desktop PC is designed primarily for interactive professional applications and day-to-day remote work. If your workload runs mainly in the background, a dedicated CPU or GPU server may be a better fit.

For rendering, CUDA computing, GPU processing, engineering workloads and other GPU-intensive applications.

For high-core CPU processing, backend applications, compilation, simulations and other CPU-intensive workloads.
A MaxCloudON Cloud Desktop PC is a persistent Windows or Linux virtual workstation running on reserved compute resources.
It gives you a complete remote desktop environment where you can install your own professional applications, store project files and keep the same configured working environment throughout the active rental period.
When your Cloud Workstation subscription ends, the server is automatically moved to Archived status rather than being immediately deleted.
Your configured environment is retained for 90 days from the subscription expiration date, including the server configuration and associated environment. During this period, the workstation can be reactivated and reused when a new subscription is started.
If the archived workstation is not reactivated within the 90-day retention period, the instance and its remaining data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Saved OS disks, custom images and detached data disks have separate retention periods of up to 120 days.
We recommend renewing your workstation or downloading important project data before the applicable retention period expires.
