You may cancel your subscription within the first 14 days after your initial payment, and you will receive a full refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. If you have paid for a monthly subscription, the refund amount will be calculated based on the daily rate derived from the weekly cost of the corresponding server.
Can I test the service before committing to a plan?
We offer a 48-hour free trial to all newly registered users upon request. The trial is conducted on a virtual server with 16 cores and 30 GB of RAM. Typically, this period is used to configure your VPN, check connectivity, and install and configure the software you need for further rendering and cloning your image.
