Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the MaxCloudON Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining and participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment

You must apply through our affiliate signup form: https://affp.maxcloudon.com/register and provide accurate information.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Your participation may be revoked if you provide false or misleading information.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their country of residence, including income tax, VAT, or other local tax obligations.
You are responsible for promoting MaxCloudON’s services in a lawful, ethical manner.
You must not use false claims, spam, or misleading marketing practices.

3. Affiliate Codes

You have to generate your own unique affiliate codes.
Commissions are earned only on the first purchase made by a user who uses your code and completes the purchase.
Each code is valid for one use per referred customer.
There is no default time limit for using an affiliate code.
You can also set a custom validity period for your affiliate codes for specific campaigns if you want to create time-limited offers.

4. Commission Structure

You can earn up to 40% of the referred customer’s first purchase value.
At code generation, you decide whether to keep the full 40% commission or share part of it as a discount for your audience.
You can track your earnings in real time from your affiliate dashboard.

5. Payment Terms

Minimum payout amount: $20 USD.
Commissions become eligible for withdrawal 30 days after the referred order is completed
Payments are made via Stripe, Bank wire, or crypto (USDC). For others contact us.
Payments are processed upon request once eligibility is met.
Payment processing fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.

Reddit
X (Twitter)
TikTok
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
Email
Direct messages
Other online or offline channels

8. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Use spam emails, unsolicited messages, or automated bots to promote your code.
Make misleading claims about MaxCloudON services or pricing.
Represent yourself as an employee or official representative of MaxCloudON.
Engage in activities that violate applicable laws, moral, ethic or harm MaxCloudON’s reputation.

9. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred order is refunded, canceled, or results in a chargeback within 30 days of completion, the commission for that order will be deducted from your balance.

10. Intellectual Property

You may use MaxCloudON’s approved logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services.
You may not modify our branding without prior written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, unpaid eligible commissions will be paid according to these Terms, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

13. Limitation of Liability

MaxCloudON will not be liable for (but not limited to) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the MaxCloudON Affiliate Program.
